Kim Smith from Right At Home Care and Assistance will be teaching a Core Strengthening Fall Prevention class. We will learn how to pump the gas on getting up from a chair too quickly and so much more PLUS have fun while we’re doing it!
Blood Pressure Clinic

Did you know the force of blood on artery walls is called blood pressure? Normal pressure is important for the proper flow of blood from the heart to the body’s organs and tissues. Each heartbeat forces blood to the rest of the body. Near the heart, pressure is higher, and away from it lower. We will have a Blood Pressure Clinic on April 6th with Jonamcha Ward from Encompass Health.
Hospice Info Session

Hospice Care is designed to bring the utmost comfort and assistance to people during any difficult months. Join us for this Hospice information session geared for all families led by Robert Steinback. We will have snacks, door prizes, and fun as we learn what all Hospice has to offer and how it can benefit your family.
A Beautiful Day to Garden

We will be meeting on the back patio to begin planting a new and fresh garden in the planter boxes. If you have green thumbs or just want to get your fingers a little dirty, come join us in beautifying our back patio!
Easter Brunch

Easter Brunch will be held on Easter Day this year from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm All residents and families are invited and encouraged to attend.

Mrs. Debbie Lavender is volunteering to lead the Penny Auction and Arts and Crafts for the Spring. Mrs. Lavender is a member of the Tuscaloosa Farmer Federation. Her husband is a pastor at Brent Union Methodist Church and they raise cattle in Moundville. Her hobbies are cooking, crafting, taking in rescue animals, reading and doing puzzles. We would like to welcome Mrs. Lavender to Regency Retirement Village of Tuscaloosa!
