Shanequa was born on January 30th to her wonderful parents Dorothy and Charles Noland. She is the seventh of eight siblings. Shanequa graduated from Northridge High School and Bevill State Community College. Her favorite color is pink. Shanequa’s favorite hobbies are crafting and traveling. She enjoys shopping, decorating, and spending time with her family. Her favorite place to vacation is Destin, Florida. Shanequa loves football, and her favorite teams are Alabama and the Philadelphia Eagles. She has been in healthcare for ten years. Shanequa has enjoyed forming a bond with Regency’s residents and staff. She would like to thank everyone who voted for her for Employee of the Month!
